Title: Materials Data on NaMg2Hg by Materials Project

Abstract

NaMg2Hg crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two NaMg2Hg ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Na is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Mg atoms. Both Na–Mg bond lengths are 3.18 Å. Mg is bonded in a linear geometry to one Na and one Hg atom. The Mg–Hg bond length is 2.99 Å. Hg is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Mg atoms.
