Title: Materials Data on Y2IrAu by Materials Project

Abstract

Y2IrAu crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Y2IrAu ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Y is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ir and one Au atom. The Y–Ir bond length is 2.45 Å. The Y–Au bond length is 2.86 Å. Ir is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Y atoms. Au is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Y atoms.
