Materials Data on DyTmMn4 by Materials Project
Abstract
TmDyMn4 is Hexagonal Laves-derived structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Tm is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Dy and twelve equivalent Mn atoms. All Tm–Dy bond lengths are 3.11 Å. All Tm–Mn bond lengths are 2.98 Å. Dy is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Tm and twelve equivalent Mn atoms. All Dy–Mn bond lengths are 2.98 Å. Mn is bonded to three equivalent Tm, three equivalent Dy, and six equivalent Mn atoms to form a mixture of edge, face, and corner-sharing MnDy3Tm3Mn6 cuboctahedra. All Mn–Mn bond lengths are 2.54 Å.
