Title: Materials Data on ScPb3 by Materials Project

Abstract

ScPb3 crystallizes in the hexagonal P6_3/mmc space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Sc is bonded to twelve equivalent Pb atoms to form a mixture of corner and face-sharing ScPb12 cuboctahedra. There are six shorter (3.29 Å) and six longer (3.54 Å) Sc–Pb bond lengths. Pb is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Sc atoms.
