Title: Materials Data on KLaAu2 by Materials Project

Abstract

KLaAu2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two KLaAu2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. K is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Au atoms. Both K–Au bond lengths are 3.21 Å. La is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Au atoms. Both La–Au bond lengths are 2.91 Å. Au is bonded in a linear geometry to one K and one La atom.
