Title: Materials Data on ZnIr by Materials Project

Abstract

ZnIr crystallizes in the hexagonal P-6m2 space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ir is bonded to six equivalent Zn atoms to form a mixture of distorted corner, edge, and face-sharing IrZn6 cuboctahedra. All Ir–Zn bond lengths are 2.65 Å. Zn is bonded to six equivalent Ir atoms to form a mixture of distorted corner, edge, and face-sharing ZnIr6 cuboctahedra.
