Title: Materials Data on GeB by Materials Project

Abstract

BGe is Wurtzite structured and crystallizes in the hexagonal P6_3mc space group. The structure is three-dimensional. B3- is bonded to four equivalent Ge3+ atoms to form corner-sharing BGe4 tetrahedra. There are one shorter (2.06 Å) and three longer (2.13 Å) B–Ge bond lengths. Ge3+ is bonded to four equivalent B3- atoms to form corner-sharing GeB4 tetrahedra.
