Title: Materials Data on Tc2GeAs by Materials Project

Abstract

Tc2GeAs crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Tc2GeAs ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Tc+0.50- is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ge4+ and one As3- atom. The Tc–Ge bond length is 2.38 Å. The Tc–As bond length is 2.33 Å. Ge4+ is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Tc+0.50- atoms. As3- is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Tc+0.50- atoms.
