Title: Materials Data on NaCNO by Materials Project

Abstract

NaNCO crystallizes in the monoclinic Cm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two NaNCO ribbons oriented in the (0, 0, 1) direction. Na1+ is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one N3- and one O2- atom. The Na–N bond length is 2.24 Å. The Na–O bond length is 2.19 Å. C4+ is bonded in a linear geometry to one N3- and one O2- atom. The C–N bond length is 1.20 Å. The C–O bond length is 1.23 Å. N3- is bonded in a water-like geometry to one Na1+ and one C4+ atom. O2- is bonded in a bent 120 degrees geometry to one Na1+ and one C4+ atom.
