Title: Materials Data on Ba2SbBr by Materials Project

Abstract

Ba2SbBr crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Ba2SbBr ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ba2+ is bonded in a linear geometry to one Sb3- and one Br1- atom. The Ba–Sb bond length is 3.09 Å. The Ba–Br bond length is 3.25 Å. Sb3- is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ba2+ atoms. Br1- is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ba2+ atoms.
