Title: Materials Data on LiMgSn2 by Materials Project

Abstract

LiMgSn2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two LiMgSn2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Li is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Sn atoms. Both Li–Sn bond lengths are 2.75 Å. Mg is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Sn atoms. Both Mg–Sn bond lengths are 2.78 Å. Sn is bonded in a linear geometry to one Li and one Mg atom.
