Title: Materials Data on HfScNi2 by Materials Project

Abstract

ScHfNi2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two ScHfNi2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Sc is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ni atoms. Both Sc–Ni bond lengths are 2.46 Å. Hf is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ni atoms. Both Hf–Ni bond lengths are 2.24 Å. Ni is bonded in a linear geometry to one Sc and one Hf atom.
