Title: Materials Data on Pr3Si by Materials Project

Abstract

Pr3Si crystallizes in the hexagonal P6_3/mmc space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Pr is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Si atoms. There are two shorter (3.17 Å) and two longer (3.58 Å) Pr–Si bond lengths. Si is bonded to twelve equivalent Pr atoms to form a mixture of distorted corner and face-sharing SiPr12 cuboctahedra.
