Materials Data on NbZnNi2 by Materials Project
Abstract
NbNi2Zn crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two NbNi2Zn ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Nb is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ni atoms. Both Nb–Ni bond lengths are 2.16 Å. Ni is bonded in a linear geometry to one Nb and one Zn atom. The Ni–Zn bond length is 2.40 Å. Zn is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ni atoms.
