Title: Materials Data on In2TeAs by Materials Project

Abstract

In2AsTe is Enargite-like structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal P-4m2 space group. The structure is three-dimensional. In+2.50+ is bonded to two equivalent As3- and two equivalent Te2- atoms to form corner-sharing InTe2As2 tetrahedra. Both In–As bond lengths are 2.76 Å. Both In–Te bond lengths are 2.99 Å. As3- is bonded to four equivalent In+2.50+ atoms to form AsIn4 tetrahedra that share corners with four equivalent AsIn4 tetrahedra and corners with eight equivalent TeIn4 tetrahedra. Te2- is bonded to four equivalent In+2.50+ atoms to form TeIn4 tetrahedra that share corners with four equivalent TeIn4 tetrahedra and corners with eight equivalent AsIn4 tetrahedra.
