Title: Materials Data on NiBiSe by Materials Project

Abstract

NiBiSe crystallizes in the cubic P2_13 space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ni1+ is bonded in a distorted trigonal non-coplanar geometry to three equivalent Se2- atoms. All Ni–Se bond lengths are 2.50 Å. Bi1+ is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one Se2- atom. The Bi–Se bond length is 2.83 Å. Se2- is bonded to three equivalent Ni1+ and one Bi1+ atom to form distorted corner-sharing SeNi3Bi trigonal pyramids.
