Title: Materials Data on Li2LaAl by Materials Project

Abstract

Li2LaAl crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Li2LaAl ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Li is bonded in a linear geometry to one La and one Al atom. The Li–La bond length is 3.18 Å. The Li–Al bond length is 2.79 Å. La is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Li atoms. Al is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Li atoms.
