Title: Materials Data on F2 by Materials Project

Abstract

F2 crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of four F2 ribbons oriented in the (0, 1, 0) direction. F is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to two equivalent F atoms. Both F–F bond lengths are 1.70 Å.
