Title: Materials Data on LaSbIr by Materials Project

Abstract

LaIrSb crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. La is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Ir and six equivalent Sb atoms. There are a spread of La–Ir bond distances ranging from 3.09–3.67 Å. There are a spread of La–Sb bond distances ranging from 3.29–3.44 Å. Ir is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six equivalent La and four equivalent Sb atoms. There are three shorter (2.75 Å) and one longer (2.82 Å) Ir–Sb bond lengths. Sb is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six equivalent La and four equivalent Ir atoms.
