Title: Materials Data on In2GaSn by Materials Project

Abstract

In2GaSn crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two In2GaSn ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. In is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ga and one Sn atom. The In–Ga bond length is 2.74 Å. The In–Sn bond length is 2.72 Å. Ga is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent In atoms. Sn is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent In atoms.
