Title: 3 TeV jgun collisions, Single jet type, JET GUN generator: jgun_jet_single_pt3tev

Abstract

Single jet gun for detector studies: The events contain a single jets from all QCD processes at 14 TeV pp collisions. Events were simulated using the Pythia8 A2 pp tune for 14 TeV. Jets were reconstructed using the anti-kT fastjet algorithm with R=0.4 and pT above 3 TeV (all eta). Then only one jet per event was taken. All particles that fall outside the cone 0.1 around the jet center were removed. The sample with jet cores is designed for detector performance studies to reduce simulation step.
