Title: Materials Data on KNa2BN2 by Materials Project

Abstract

KNa2BN2 crystallizes in the tetragonal I4/mmm space group. The structure is three-dimensional and consists of two kalium molecules and one Na2BN2 framework. In the Na2BN2 framework, Na1+ is bonded to four equivalent N3- atoms to form a mixture of edge and corner-sharing NaN4 tetrahedra. All Na–N bond lengths are 2.47 Å. B3+ is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent N3- atoms. Both B–N bond lengths are 1.35 Å. N3- is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Na1+ and one B3+ atom.
