Title: Materials Data on YPt3C by Materials Project

Abstract

YCPt3 is (Cubic) Perovskite structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional and consists of one yttrium molecule and one CPt3 framework. In the CPt3 framework, Pt+0.33+ is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent C4- atoms. Both Pt–C bond lengths are 2.16 Å. C4- is bonded to six equivalent Pt+0.33+ atoms to form corner-sharing CPt6 octahedra. The corner-sharing octahedral tilt angles are 0°.
