Materials Data on CeAu by Materials Project
Abstract
CeAu crystallizes in the orthorhombic Cmcm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ce is bonded in a 7-coordinate geometry to seven equivalent Au atoms. There are a spread of Ce–Au bond distances ranging from 3.12–3.23 Å. Au is bonded in a 7-coordinate geometry to seven equivalent Ce atoms.
