Materials Data on AlBi by Materials Project
Abstract
AlBi is Zincblende, Sphalerite structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Al is bonded to four equivalent Bi atoms to form corner-sharing AlBi4 tetrahedra. All Al–Bi bond lengths are 2.79 Å. Bi is bonded to four equivalent Al atoms to form corner-sharing BiAl4 tetrahedra.
