Title: Materials Data on Sr3BiAs by Materials Project

Abstract

Sr3BiAs is (Cubic) Perovskite structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional and consists of one arsenic molecule and one Sr3Bi framework. In the Sr3Bi framework, Sr is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Bi atoms. Both Sr–Bi bond lengths are 3.10 Å. Bi is bonded to six equivalent Sr atoms to form corner-sharing BiSr6 octahedra. The corner-sharing octahedral tilt angles are 0°.
