Materials Data on MnFeTe by Materials Project
Abstract
FeMnTe is half-Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Mn is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Fe and six equivalent Te atoms. All Mn–Fe bond lengths are 2.53 Å. All Mn–Te bond lengths are 2.92 Å. Fe is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Mn and four equivalent Te atoms. All Fe–Te bond lengths are 2.53 Å. Te is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Mn and four equivalent Fe atoms.
