Title: Materials Data on VCoTe by Materials Project

Abstract

VCoTe is half-Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. V is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Co and six equivalent Te atoms. All V–Co bond lengths are 2.54 Å. All V–Te bond lengths are 2.93 Å. Co is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent V and four equivalent Te atoms. All Co–Te bond lengths are 2.54 Å. Te is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six equivalent V and four equivalent Co atoms.
