Title: Materials Data on CaSe by Materials Project

Abstract

CaSe is Zincblende, Sphalerite structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ca2+ is bonded to four equivalent Se2- atoms to form corner-sharing CaSe4 tetrahedra. All Ca–Se bond lengths are 2.86 Å. Se2- is bonded to four equivalent Ca2+ atoms to form corner-sharing SeCa4 tetrahedra.
