Title: Materials Data on Er3As by Materials Project

Abstract

Er3As is Uranium Silicide structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Er is bonded in a distorted square co-planar geometry to four equivalent As atoms. All Er–As bond lengths are 3.25 Å. As is bonded to twelve equivalent Er atoms to form a mixture of corner and face-sharing AsEr12 cuboctahedra.
