Title: Materials Data on Nd3Ag by Materials Project

Abstract

Nd3Ag crystallizes in the hexagonal P6_3/mmc space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Nd is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ag atoms. There are two shorter (3.34 Å) and two longer (3.56 Å) Nd–Ag bond lengths. Ag is bonded to twelve equivalent Nd atoms to form a mixture of face and corner-sharing AgNd12 cuboctahedra.
