Title: Materials Data on CdCuF4 by Materials Project

Abstract

CuCdF4 crystallizes in the tetragonal I4/mcm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Cu2+ is bonded in a square co-planar geometry to four equivalent F1- atoms. All Cu–F bond lengths are 1.92 Å. Cd2+ is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to eight equivalent F1- atoms. All Cd–F bond lengths are 2.37 Å. F1- is bonded in a distorted trigonal planar geometry to one Cu2+ and two equivalent Cd2+ atoms.
