Materials Data on ScZnPt2 by Materials Project
Abstract
ScPt2Zn is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Sc2+ is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Pt2- atoms. All Sc–Pt bond lengths are 2.77 Å. Pt2- is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Sc2+ and four equivalent Zn2+ atoms. All Pt–Zn bond lengths are 2.77 Å. Zn2+ is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Pt2- atoms.
