Title: Materials Data on Ga2RuRh by Materials Project

Abstract

RuRhGa2 is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ru is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Ga atoms. All Ru–Ga bond lengths are 2.63 Å. Rh is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Ga atoms. All Rh–Ga bond lengths are 2.63 Å. Ga is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Ru and four equivalent Rh atoms.
