Materials Data on MgGeRh2 by Materials Project
Abstract
MgRh2Ge is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Mg is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Rh and six equivalent Ge atoms. All Mg–Rh bond lengths are 2.65 Å. All Mg–Ge bond lengths are 3.06 Å. Rh is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Mg and four equivalent Ge atoms. All Rh–Ge bond lengths are 2.65 Å. Ge is bonded in a distorted body-centered cubic geometry to six equivalent Mg and eight equivalent Rh atoms.
