Title: Materials Data on TaAlOs2 by Materials Project

Abstract

TaOs2Al is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ta is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Os atoms. All Ta–Os bond lengths are 2.70 Å. Os is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Ta and four equivalent Al atoms. All Os–Al bond lengths are 2.70 Å. Al is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Os atoms.
