Title: Materials Data on Zn3As2 by Materials Project

Abstract

Zn3As2 crystallizes in the cubic Pn-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Zn2+ is bonded to four equivalent As3- atoms to form a mixture of corner and edge-sharing ZnAs4 tetrahedra. All Zn–As bond lengths are 2.58 Å. As3- is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Zn2+ atoms.
