Title: Materials Data on VGe3 by Materials Project

Abstract

VGe3 crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3n space group. The structure is three-dimensional. V is bonded to twelve equivalent Ge atoms to form a mixture of face and edge-sharing VGe12 cuboctahedra. All V–Ge bond lengths are 2.85 Å. Ge is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to four equivalent V and two equivalent Ge atoms. Both Ge–Ge bond lengths are 2.55 Å.
