Materials Data on Cs by Materials Project
Abstract
Cs is High Pressure (4-7GPa) Tellurium-like structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal P4_2/mbc space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Cs is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Cs atoms. There are a spread of Cs–Cs bond distances ranging from 5.15–5.47 Å.
