Title: Materials Data on ReSnGe by Materials Project

Abstract

ReSnGe is half-Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Re is bonded to six equivalent Sn and four equivalent Ge atoms to form a mixture of distorted face and corner-sharing ReSn6Ge4 tetrahedra. All Re–Sn bond lengths are 3.11 Å. All Re–Ge bond lengths are 2.69 Å. Sn is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Re and four equivalent Ge atoms. All Sn–Ge bond lengths are 2.69 Å. Ge is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Re and four equivalent Sn atoms.
