Title: Materials Data on BiBCl by Materials Project

Abstract

BBiCl is half-Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional and consists of four boron molecules and one BiCl framework. In the BiCl framework, Bi is bonded to four equivalent Cl atoms to form corner-sharing BiCl4 tetrahedra. All Bi–Cl bond lengths are 2.87 Å. Cl is bonded to four equivalent Bi atoms to form corner-sharing ClBi4 tetrahedra.
