Title: Materials Data on CaHfZn by Materials Project

Abstract

CaHfZn is half-Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ca is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Hf and six equivalent Zn atoms. All Ca–Hf bond lengths are 2.95 Å. All Ca–Zn bond lengths are 3.41 Å. Hf is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Ca and four equivalent Zn atoms. All Hf–Zn bond lengths are 2.95 Å. Zn is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Ca and four equivalent Hf atoms.
