Title: Materials Data on Be2CdP by Materials Project

Abstract

Be2CdP is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Be is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Cd and four equivalent P atoms. All Be–Cd bond lengths are 2.64 Å. All Be–P bond lengths are 2.64 Å. Cd is bonded in a distorted body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Be and six equivalent P atoms. All Cd–P bond lengths are 3.05 Å. P is bonded in a distorted body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Be and six equivalent Cd atoms.
