Materials Data on NdPt by Materials Project
Abstract
NdPt crystallizes in the orthorhombic Cmcm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Nd2+ is bonded in a 7-coordinate geometry to seven equivalent Pt2- atoms. There are a spread of Nd–Pt bond distances ranging from 3.00–3.13 Å. Pt2- is bonded in a 7-coordinate geometry to seven equivalent Nd2+ atoms.
