Title: Materials Data on SrZn2 by Materials Project

Abstract

SrZn2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Imma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Sr is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to twelve equivalent Zn atoms. There are a spread of Sr–Zn bond distances ranging from 3.26–3.54 Å. Zn is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Sr and four equivalent Zn atoms. There are a spread of Zn–Zn bond distances ranging from 2.74–2.91 Å.
