Materials Data on NO2 by Materials Project
Abstract
NO2 crystallizes in the cubic Im-3 space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of twelve nitrous acid molecules. N is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to two equivalent O atoms. Both N–O bond lengths are 1.21 Å. O is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one N atom.
