Title: Materials Data on SrSnAu by Materials Project

Abstract

SrAuSn crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. there are three inequivalent Sr sites. In the first Sr site, Sr is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to six Au and six Sn atoms. There are a spread of Sr–Au bond distances ranging from 3.32–3.53 Å. There are a spread of Sr–Sn bond distances ranging from 3.39–3.57 Å. In the second Sr site, Sr is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to six Au and six Sn atoms. There are a spread of Sr–Au bond distances ranging from 3.49–3.62 Å. There are a spread of Sr–Sn bond distances ranging from 3.37–3.46 Å. In the third Sr site, Sr is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to six Au and six Sn atoms. There are a spread of Sr–Au bond distances ranging from 3.34–3.46 Å. There are a spread of Sr–Sn bond distances ranging from 3.50–3.60 Å. There are three inequivalent Au sites. In the first Au site, Au is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to six Sr and three Sn atoms. There are one shorter (2.83 Å) and two longer (2.84 Å) Au–Sn bond lengths. In the second Au site, Au is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to sixmore » Sr and three equivalent Sn atoms. In the second Sn site, Sn is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to six Sr, three Au, and one Sn atom. The Sn–Sn bond length is 3.07 Å.
