Title: Materials Data on Hf3Nb2Ga3 by Materials Project

Abstract

Hf3Nb2Ga3 crystallizes in the hexagonal P6_3/mcm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Hf is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Nb and five equivalent Ga atoms. All Hf–Nb bond lengths are 3.35 Å. There are a spread of Hf–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.75–2.98 Å. Nb is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Hf, two equivalent Nb, and six equivalent Ga atoms. Both Nb–Nb bond lengths are 2.73 Å. All Nb–Ga bond lengths are 2.79 Å. Ga is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Hf and four equivalent Nb atoms.
