Materials Data on TmPt3 by Materials Project
Abstract
TmPt3 is Uranium Silicide structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Tm is bonded to twelve equivalent Pt atoms to form a mixture of corner and face-sharing TmPt12 cuboctahedra. All Tm–Pt bond lengths are 2.89 Å. Pt is bonded in a distorted square co-planar geometry to four equivalent Tm atoms.
