Title: Materials Data on NpBi by Materials Project

Abstract

NpBi is Halite, Rock Salt structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Np is bonded to six equivalent Bi atoms to form a mixture of edge and corner-sharing NpBi6 octahedra. The corner-sharing octahedral tilt angles are 0°. All Np–Bi bond lengths are 3.19 Å. Bi is bonded to six equivalent Np atoms to form a mixture of edge and corner-sharing BiNp6 octahedra. The corner-sharing octahedral tilt angles are 0°.
